Fixing EMC test failures

Charlie has been making products comply with the EMC directive since it was introduced and can help you make design changes required to comply with EMC standards:

We own a number of pieces of equipment that we can bring to your offices, perform low cost emc testing, diagnose problems and recommend solutions. Tests that we can peform include:

  • Conducted Emissions (EN 55011 / EN55022)
  • Radiated Emissions (EN 55011 / EN55022) to >1.0 GHz
  • ESD (EN 61000-4-2)
  • Fast Transients (EN61000-4-4)
  • Surge (EN 61000-4-5)
  • Voltage Dips and Interupts (EN61000-4-11)

    Fixes we have implemented include:

  • Reducing mains Conducted Emissions by 40dB
  • Reducing Radiated Emissions by 30dB
  • Improving Radiated Immunity resilience by a factor of 3.
