One of the major challenges facing complex mobile devices is ensuring that GSM, 3G, GPS and other radio receviers are not blocked by other devices and circuits within the product such as cameras, displays and removable memory.

For example, emissions from clock harmonics that comply with EN55022 class B limits can be easily picked up by the on-board GSM antenna and cause 20dB or more receiver blocking.
